Recycling

	The current plan for 2008, which follows on from the success of 2006 and 2007 is to provide each camping group with colour coded waste disposal bags.
	Each colour will be for a different material (plastic, aluminium, etc). These bags should then be deposited in the same coloured bins, which are located near the site entrance between the wood pile and the gateway to the site
	Please note that for 2008 we must ask you to take all glass home with you. We have been unable to find a cost effective way of recylcing glass.
	On behalf of all the campers, the Oaks staff (thanks Jenny) will then take the full bins to be recycled.

Tree Planting

We are not currently planning on planting any new trees in 2008.

Dry Stone Walling

We are actively progressing some grant money to fund repairs to some of the sites dry stone walls.

In addition this makes an excellent 'activity' for older campers, as well as being essential to the character of the Oaks.
