Job Summary

To be responsible for activities at the Oaks campsite, with the exception of those related to Climbing and Abseiling.

Responsibilities General

Organises and run a pre season activity meeting to discuss the arrangements for the activities during the season
Maintenance of all activity equipment and areas
Training of staff for the activities
Liaison with the Booking Secretary to ensure all activities are staffed and available to meet the requirements of bookings
Liaise with either Scout or Guide County Teams as appropriate
Develop existing and new activities for the site

Responsibilities: Archery

With the agreement of the Management Committee appoint an Archery Leader to oversee the running of the Archery Activity at the Oaks Campsite.
     o     To include requirement of archery team members,
     o     Organisation of training courses as required
     o     Maintenance of equipment
     o     Liaising with the Booking Secretary to ensure staff are available to run Archery to meet the bookings received.
