| Coordinate the maintenance of all of the site buildings |
| Coordinate the painting of all of the site buildings |
| Ensure annual safety checks are carried out on the electrical, gas and fire equipment and systems |
| Coordinate the maintenance of the site dumper |
| Organising the training to use equipment and vehicles |
| Maintenance of site paths and roads |
| Maintenance of site fences |
| Putting jobs onto Jobs List |
| Provision of tools and materials for jobs |
| Costing jobs and liaison with the Management Committee |
Meetings
| Attend the monthly Oaks Management meeting |
